How is my bag weighed and priced?
You see an estimate before you order. Your bag is weighed at our facility and charged per pound, at the rate set with your building — with an itemized receipt in the app.
What if something goes missing?
Every bag is scanned at pickup, at the facility, onto the van, and at return — a running custody log. If anything's ever unaccounted for, that log shows exactly where it was last signed for.
Is there a subscription or minimum?
No subscription — wash as often as you like. There's a small order minimum, shown before you place an order.
